Title: Questions (about horn)

I am new to the game, i have played the first 2 missions and i just wanted to know...how do you horn on the boats, or cant you??? dont nag me cuz i created a new topic, ill just post all my questions on this one :)

Hi trooper,

Several remarks !

1. Are you sure you're talking about the 2006 version of Ship Simulator ? If you just bought it, it could be the 2008 version, in which case you're in the wrong part of the forum !

2. either way, before we can give you technical support, you'll have to register your ship simulator serial number, in your profile on the forum. After that, you'll gain access to the technical support section of the forum, which is the place where you can ask for your questions, and we'll answer you.

press "H" to horn, and welcome to the forum, I hope you will have a good time here

I think the earlier versions of SS06 didn't have horns ;)

Make sure you have the latest.

If you can let us know the answer to which version of SHip Simulator you're using, I'm sure one of these good people will leap up with the answe for you. This is a very helpful community so please don't be worried about asking questions. No-one is likely to nag you!  ;D

Going BEEP!  ;D

It doesn't have any real purpose in the game, just there for entertainment and making things a bit more realistic, audially. It isn't like the AI traffic gets out the way when you sound it...

AI traffic is so annoying in missions, i think they are programmed to get in the way, because when you get near one, it turns towards you! :D ;D its like a SS version of bumper cars! :D
