Title: Payment accepted, no download, no key

I purchased the tug Elbe two days ago. My payment was accepted, and I was thanked for my purchase. However I recieved no key for it, and no download link. No record of my purchase anywhere, Any suggestions? Still havnt heard back from "Contact us", so I thought I:d try here,

Let me know if they still haven't responded so I can give them a heads up.
Usually they should reply within 3 (business) days.
