1. When the new update comes?
2. Why servers can't be open? (I miss so much Dover servers)
3. Why on the first page in SSE is "Newest news in shipsim.com 2012..."

1. There is currently no active development for SSE, there has not been any for the last few years.
2. Vstep removed 'official' multiplayer servers on 15th November 2015. I ran 'user' multiplayer servers until last December when the number of players dropped to almost nothing.
3. I guess that because there is no development team, there is no one to keep the website up to date.
SSE has passed its prime and is now slipping into obscurity, a sad situation to be sure. We are lucky that there are a few die-hard dedicated administrators that keep this forum running.
