Title: Problem with Download Content

Hi to everybody,

I've registered my key in forum->profile, but when try to access "Download Content" by Main Menu of the Game it doesn't work: appears an error related to missed key registered on forum.

How I can do to solve it?

PS: I run .exe as administrator

Hi Tycos,
Did you buy the game direct from Vstep or the version from Steam? If you have the steam version you need to register a key for Steam as well as the one from Vstep.

Hi Tycos, can you at least play the Campaign missions?  Can you not play any of the Downloadable Missions?
 Maybe you are trying to download a mission that contains a ship (DLC) you do not yet have.
  You could start by getting all the free DLC, like the Customs vessel and the Harbour Pilot..

I'm sorry, but I've buy for have full functionality of the game and also for Download Content my 6 DLC.

How I can solve my problem?

I have bought the game from both steam and vstep and it still does not want to work and I also register all of my product keys on my profile on here and I still can not play the game and downloaded everything that I could.

I am also experiencing a Download Content problem. I get the following message:

Hi Salty,
The "download content" file is now back in action. I am not yet sure if players are able to register their game as yet but will let all know, if, or when, that area is back in action. :doh: ::)
Let us hope that at last all will be well again soon.
