Title: Computer Problem

Does anybody know how to fix this problem. I just recently got a new laptop. It is a Lenovo G50-80 with Windows 10. Also, I have bought Grand Theft Auto 4 for my laptop off of steam. When I play the game the background won't load. For example, the buildings and the road will not show up. Does anybody know what the problem is or how to fix it? ???
