Title: servers down when a fan need it!!

hi guys iam not sure how to create/host a server that anybody can join cause i want one and cant make one, beacuse my game SSE from steam doesnt show servers i have tried typing in google for hostnames and various server`s but none work or they do but never online so i need to know if this is the steam problem once again or is it my pc or game????

nah the vstep server has been pulled apart and no longer running . i have the steam version too, but i think it takes all the dlc's in which to see all the servers ? im not sure ...
