Hi, and welcome to the forum!

Your system and drivers look fine. Can you try installing these redistributables?

You don't need to remove any existing installations.

Hi, Thanks for your help

I try to download last file on the page link which you post , but nothing. Maybe I need to uninstall game and to install again . During installation I didn't install direct x from the game because my direct x is version 11.

Any Help will be welcome.

Brgds, :'(

Ah, that may be your problem.  ;)
Sometimes, SSE is picky on needing some DX9 dll files. Even though you have a more recent version installed, you must still allow the installer to install DX9 as well. Otherwise the game may crash upon startup.

So yes, a reïnstall with DX9 is worth giving a shot.

Hi Lussino, perhaps a good idea to register your game here, so you have access to other boards such as Technical Support etc.  Simply go to Profile at the top of this page and enter your license key..  :)

Alright, the next thing you may try is removing your Nvidia PhysX installation, then reinstalling it again via this link:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.1220-driver.html

The PhysX software can sometimes become corrupted. You can remove the software through your Windows Control Panel with the "Programs and Features" application.

It is important you remove the existing installation first. Otherwise you'll receive an error that there is a newer version already installed, or the installation remains corrupted.
