I may sound stupid here but does anyone know how to register in steampedia, I can't find a link.

A couple of weeks back I was in contact with rjwhyte09 who said that it was something to do with maintenance, however the other day I looked on the homepage and it said on Dec 29th that the admin's disabled it due to spam? Not sure... Mister rjwhyte09, can you answer this? :)

Hey Guys !
Okay this is embarrassing so here it is, In late 2012 Steampedia was flooded with spam users where they edited and removed information (thank god it kept back ups) anyway Myself and other admins blocked it so there be no more spam....
However we can`t unchanged that :( its a very strange and stupid situation I am in as all other admins have bailed leaving me to sort out the mess however Ill re-contact Wikinet which owns Steampedia for like 7th time asking for them to open it from their side.

This is quite a radical option and would probably need quite a bit of work on your part, but if it won't work, whats stopping all of us starting a new one, and then you can copy your steampedia pages over?

Because there is over 250 wiki articles within Steampedia, and has been open for years. Ill try my best to actually get this sorted out soon as possible guys.

I hope you don't mind. I created a wiki at shipedia.wiki-site.com I need help setting it up so let me know if your interested. I hope this is ok with your Ryan I'm more than happy to make this a joint project me and u if you wish or you can proceed with steampedia?

Hmmmmmmmm, Join my Community (Virtual Ships & Virtual Ship Lines) where then Ill add you ship lines within the other 40+ already within my Community. Majority have now lost interest in steampedia however like the idea of me keeping a basic information check up on all cruise lines & corporations by creating tables and data on them.
The group has near 10 active members daily, I started off here posting about my ships and lines but then finally moved on the create the community which has now grown into a solid group.
When you join, if you ofc then you give me the basic info for ur lines where ill add them up with everybody else`s.
