"Unable to locate a valid Ship Simulator Extremes installation"

Hi Guys, i get the error above when i try any of the updates.

Any suggestions?

Hello, launch ship simulator extremes and you should see the version number. What version of ship simulator extremes were you updating to? And what's your current verion?

Are you using Steam?
The updates from www.shipsim.com only apply to non-Steam versions. Steam will automatically update the game to the latest version.

I had exact the same problem and what i did, was to extract the content of the launch box (of the update) and put it to the game folder  :thumbs:
