Title: Ship sim on xbox?
Post by: poacher85 on June 07, 2012, 15:17:27
Who would like to see this? If so and why? and why not if you don't agree? I think it would be very impressive to make use of it's graphics capabilities and you could use it to buy updates or new content for it.

I have often considered this would be good but I dont know how they would do it with the lack of buttons on a controller compared to a keyboard. But maybe they could make it Kinect compatible, that would be a very good game but sadly I dont think it will happen :(

Unfortunately, the Xbox's specifications do not meet the required for SSE to run.

It is kinda true. Believe it or not you can have FPS lag on an Xbox.

Yeah. There is no way any current console can handle this game properly. Xbox 360 and PS3 are highly outdated.

Yeah. Outdated.

The only reason they run their games "so well" is because the games are designed to work exactly with the console's hardware. Build a computer with the same hardware specifications as a PS3/Xbox 360, run the game on the computer... It wouldn't run it half as well.

That's the only reason consoles can last so long before the next release.
