Title: Sealink Ferries - Models of Sarnia and Caesarea
Post by: RIDUNA on May 07, 2012, 11:56:57
Models of the former Weymouth-Channel Islands ferries Sarnia and Caesarea (using Cinema 4d). Still quite a bit of work to do on their interiors, but here's a few sample pictures of the work, so far.

Yes Danny, They are being built using 1/48 scale copies of the original J Samuel White build plans, These give excellent detail on the layout of the ships - seating, tables, washrooms etc etc.

You can purchase copies from the National Maritime Museum.
