I am makeing a new ship, but i do not know wat program i schuld use especially for the dyamics?

Sorry, but you can't put your own vessels ingame.

thats all you can do in this game..

like i dream for MORE coast guard navy ships and maybe a harbour master or two... never going to happen though....

I will just have to get used to beeing out runned by everyone when using the cuttler and trying to role play!
