Title: newbie needing help

    I am unable to get my pgm working. I have downloaded the  pgm and have completed install for online play.There are no graphics such as water;land ;ships.There are mooring lines ;a picture of a ship;a map and the instruction windows.Any ideas how I can get my boat going;I need to go to a warm country as I live in northern Canada.

Hi Capt. Boomer,

Welcome to the Forum.

Please provide the following details of your computer:-

A) The processor and its clock speed (Ghz)
B) Amount of RAM
C) The graphics card details - Make & model number
D) The version of Windows installed

If, however you are conversant with extracting the Dxdiag of your computer, then you can send it as an attachment. As you are new to the Forum, this is not a mandatory requirement but I can guide you if required.

Can you register your SS2006 license key in your profile please, so you get acces to the Tach Support section of this forum.

I think your pc is to slow. can you post your dxdiag please?

@ Vin_sun, he has SS2006, not SSE

Thanks Kobus ..... amended it ....... gosh! everyone is so on to SSE that I really never noticed it was SS2006 !
