Title: Screen Recording

hiya,

I've seen people record vids on SS and wondered how they managed a high FPS ???

I must have used about 10 different software to be able to record the screen including Fraps and Hypercam. How do you all get such good FPS?? I set the FPS in the programs to about 10 per second and the quality to around 70. I've also tried different types of compressor.

Can anyone help me out?? I'm lost now...
