Title: Oil rig?

In ss08 there was an oil rig in the north sea, is there a oil rig in free roam in sse?

Unlike ’08, SSE has only one ocean environment, nominally the “Atlantic”, but the GPS coordinates can be set to any desired location in the editor. Since there is no specific “North Sea”, it’s unlikely that the basic ocean would have an oil rig; but I have not searched for one.
