Title: GLITCHES AND SWITCHING BETWEEN SHIP SIM AND OTHER PROGRAMS

everytime I try to switch out of a program to check or do something...ship sim 06 crashes and I lose all of my progress on that mission. Yesterday I spent over an hour on a mission and then lost all that progress...very frustrating and the clock is totally off....I watch 1 second go by on ship sim clock and like 2-3 seconds go by real time... is this normal? ANd why are the outside views when I swithc between a small ship  and a big ship all of a sudden I am up close to the big ship and there is no way of backing out the view.... PLEASE HELP ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Hiya :)

I presume by switching, you mean Alt-Tab?  If so, some games do not like Alt-Tab being used.

As for the slowdown, are you above the minimum or just on the minimum specification for the game?  If you are only just on the minimum, try lowering your graphics settings to compensate for the 'lag'.

The mouse wheel should allow you to zoom out from the larger ships ;).  They are zoomed in when switching ships, because they are much larger and require more space on-screen :)

Hiya :)

To receive technical support for the FULL version of Ship Simulator on the forums, we ask all users to enter a valid licence key for their game.  This key can be found in one of 2 locations:

1.  The downloadable version/s - An email will be sent to you with your licence key.
2.  The retail version/s - The key is located inside the case, behind the game manual.

The keys for Ship Simulator and any Add-On packs can be entered into your profile by clicking the Profile button at the top of this page.  Scroll down past Summary, and enter your key there.

Once the key has been entered, you will have access to the Technical Support section of the forums.
