Title: Are my PC specs enough good for SSE?

Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 QUAD CPU Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz 2.34GHz
Memory: 4,00 GB
Hard Drive: 900 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

You should be able to ;)
ive got a laptop with a dualcore and an 5670 and run it smoothly on high, should be no problem for you
