Hello all with activation code difficulty, I could not activate my boxed disc version on steam, however, i had success by going to the bottom left hand corner in steam and clicking 'add a game', and then clicking 'Activate a product on steam', upon doing this a different activation box was presented to me instead with one whole space as opposed to the normal 5 spaces. I filled the code in from the back of my manual and it said 'you have activated ship simulator extremes'. It then however started downloading the game which was 3GB which i don't quite understand why since i had the disc version. However i can now play the game (despite being slightly disappointed with some of the graphics). Once on the game it did ask for a license key and the same code as before worked here too.
Don't know if this is how the game's meant to install but it works for me
I hope some of you can benefit from this
PS i also don't need the disc to play the game :s
