Title: a report all bugs thread

Is there one?
Would be nice if they made a sticky on this forum to report all bugs in the current game.

I asked if there was a sticky to report al bugs.
also it has to be updated by a moderator in his original  post to list all known bugs so you avoid people from reporting the same bug more often.
And a post like that there isnt.
