Hy all , if I preorder game today when game will come to me in my house ?
I live in Croatia , Dubrovnik.

Hi Andro,
Ship Sim Extremes is released on the 27th of this month...however, that is only a release date, so I would imagine that it is the day that the games start to be dispatched...not the day it lands at your door. So I'd say be prepared to wait around 2-5 days after the release date maybe (As a reasonably educated guess...with postage and such) :)

you can also pre order the download version then you got a download link on the 27th and no postage.

Unfortunately I don't know. But maybe one of the staff members can help you with this :thumbs:
I wouldn't imagine that it would be much more than a few pounds (Whatever the equivalent is in Kuna)
If postage was say...2 Pounds, that would be: 2.00 GBP = 17.3756 HRK

Vstep officals have already stated that the game will be shipped BEFORE the launch date with the aim being that you have it in hand on the 27th (Ill try to dig up a quote). I dont know the Croatian mail system though. When I lived in Germany, it would take a few days to get a package from the UK. Now I'm back in Norway and I usually have to wait a week, sometimes two. I got the download version...
Do they (Vstep) even charge for postage at all? Others who have preordered the boxed version are posting that they were not charged anything extra for postage.

Of course, that's no stone cold guarantee, cause there's a lot of places in between where humans can make mistakes. ::)
But pre order customers will have their product delivered to them on the day of the release.

I can confirm that I was not charged anything for P&P, however, I don't know about countreys outside The Netherlands. I'm even not sure if that counts for Belgian custumors. Any Belgians On-Line to confirm/diny ?

No, no guarantees about that. If the postal service breaks down, you can't expect that Vstep co-workers jump on their rusty, Dutch bikes and deliver the copies one by one on your doorstep.

jack some how we will both end up with the boxed version sooner or later. we still will get it earlier because i assume the release will be during business hours just like the pre orders were and who knows when their packages will arrive

True enough....at least I know with a download that I (should!) get it on the release date. Although I have to admit I do like having what i've bought in my hand; I just can't wait this time!! :lol:

If the price is 52 euro's for you, then it's considerably more than the 'clean price'. So I would take it, the shipping is indeed already included.
I have inquired with Vstep about a few questions that have arisen these last days, this being one of them. If there is something more to tell, I'll be sure to tell it!

I also ordered a copy of SSE, reading the information, to my amazement, I found that this language is not in Italian! Why?
Can you tell me if with the various updates are for a translation into Italian?
What disturbs me a little because it will be in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian!!
As for the multiplayer, there are no problems, because normally it comes in English, but in the missions in single player every time I translate.
Now I just have to wait for the August 27, and send it home, I'm really curious about this new version.

I preorder SSE and i payed 51,99$ for game and 12,60$ for shipping to Croatia!

I shouldn't think so, you pay for the game and the shipping costs, that is all :)

We cant help you any further with this, Croatia has their own Mail system, And the best help you can get, is to read at their webpage.
52 Dollars is the final price from VStep.

You can also get hit with customs charges. But I can't see anyone getting them just for one game. :captain:

If you live within the EU, there will be no customs charges.
Here in Norway, where we are not in the EU, we have a limit of 200 NOK or roughly €24/£20. Anything under that (excluding the shipping fee) is free of customs charges. Anything over (201 NOK + shipping) will be charged with a 25% import tax + handling fees.
So, if you live outside of the EU, I would look up the current import laws in your country. Here, a $52 packet would attract a ~25 dollar import tax/handling surcharge, making the final price $77. Also a reason why I didnt order the boxed version.
