It seems there is transparent water in sydney.

Yes there will be refractive (transparent) water in Ship Simulator Extremes :)

The Bora Bora pictures show how strong the refraction is. It can go very deep.

everyone wo has the colectors edition of ss08 you can see in the making of a shot of undeep water where you can see the bottom.
