Will SSE work in Windows 7 64 bit and take advantage of extra ram?

That is not to say that SSE is a 64-bit application, but that it can run on 64-bit Win7 (as SS08 does) and benefit from the fact that the OS can allocate RAM from more than 3GB of physical RAM.
