Title: Graphic glitch with Red Jet 4

Ahoy Sip(sim)mates,
Who has an idea what triggers this strange graphic behaviour of the Red Jet's pennant (see attachement).
I also added my DXDiag

It isnt a glitch

Other things happen such as the Union Jack falling off, life rafts catching on fire and stuff in green written on the top deck

I noticed that the pennant starts to "rotate" when the FPS gets lower - on buggy servers, in missions with too many AI ships, etc.

it can get so strecht out that it's bigger then the enviroment ;D

In the mission editor, when moving the Red Jet will stretch the pennant into a whiplash motion. And when the fly code is activated in game, the pennant will start to whiplash, and possible in extreme weather conditions or slow pc.

Let's face it. Those elastic flags were never going to work.

Do anybody think it might be a one of the cheats been activated and cause the flag to get big?

Hi Aad,

I've had this poblem many times before, where the flag goes wild! then falls off, and other things...I don't know what causes it, but it happens to me about 20 + minutes after entering with Red Jet...never seems to happen straight away.
