To get smooth lines in SU I switch on the antialiasing on my videocard. Don't know about any other ways though.
-
It was working okay. I also had something crash with my graphics card, I think...
-
Hi Ferry Man,
Did you try uninstalling Sketchup and installing a fresh copy?
That might help. Your models are not part of the program so you won't loose any work if you made sure it's all backed up nicely.

Thanks, I'll try that...

No problem.
Hope it will fix it!

i personally dont see an issue, if everything still works theres no need to get in a panic. Check for updates for the program, reinstall it and if none of that works then i wouldn't worry to much about it if everything is still working good, your model quality shouldn't suffer and if it does i'd contact tech support with google or something ;)

Fred, but are there any settings in SU itself to get smooth lines or it can be done only by videocard settings?
-
Well, it doesn't look like it's any standard setting in SU, that makes lines THAT fuzzy and jagged.. so dunno..
As for videocard settings.. I think if it was something generic like that, something similar would have to occur with other things too, not just sketchup. But that's just a thought.

Ok, thanks, Fred.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same...

Configure the antialiasing on your videocard then. ;)

There is the option to change settings in GSU btw..
Window -> preferences -> Open GL
