In Mission Creater under where you connect the mooring lines and stuff there is a button that says "bulk". Which ship or vehicle is this for?

No ship at present. There is a bulk loader crane under development. Features for future ships and other things often appear in the ME early for use in testing. For instance, vacuum tower attachments and a loading waypoint appeared before Javelin was announced.
