Title: Ship Sim 2008 Download

Hi, Ive just registered so I dont know if its been posted anywhere else and I have tried the Search Function before you mention it lol. I purchased Ship Sim 2008 on Saturday 14th July (2 days ago) and I haven't recieved any E-mails what so ever, nothing! Not even an E-mail to say If the payment has actually gone through. So Ive sent the company a E-mail Form thing on the contact page about 7.30 this morning and I still haven't got anything back. Anybody got any ideas or anybody able to help us out?

Hi Black5 James,

Everyone not receiving their download link email message can also go to ShipSim.com, click the "My orders" button in the top-right corner, login and you will see all download links and license keys for products bought on ShipSim.com

If your order is not in that list, even though you completed your order and payment, please use the "Contact us" form also on the website.

Mark Im not blaming you, but Im starting to get really cheesed off now, I DID SAY IN MY ORIGINAL POST THAT I DID FILL A FORM ON THE CONTACT US PAGE AT 7.30 YESTERDAY MORNING! AND I STILL HAVENT GOT ANYTHING BACK TODAY. So where the hell is my order

Now Im starting to get annoyed at the fact no one is bothering to help me out here either, so Ive had the money taken off me, Ive payed for it and still as of this morning I have not recieved anything, absoutley nothing.

If you botherd to read the words at the top of contact us you would have realised it says 'we'll try to get back to you within 2 working days' or something like this, you only have yourself to get angry at. :)

Calm down. Right now Vstep has alot of people buying the game at once. They are busy and it will probably  come in 2 days.
