Is delftship free? If not, does anyone know where i can get a demo??

Actually, "Delftship free" is free, which is a simplified version of Delftship.

The "real deal" is not free, nor are any of the numerous expansions you can buy for it. If you'd want all of those, that'll bve many thousands of dollars. But you'd only need that stuff if you were going to use this professionally, though.

Hello,
Before downloading the free version of Delftship, it is good to know that Freeship itself is still developed and improved, having improvements vs the Delftship version of the program.
This link (http://www.boatdesign.net/forums/showthread.php?t=15963&page=7) cites Victor, today's developer of Freeship, with the latest version 2.94+
The download is not so easy, but is worthwhile.
The files from Delftship are not compatible as such with those of Freeship.
The site of Delftship (http://www.delftship.net/) has a manual that also covered Freeship, I think.
