Do you think you could tell us what a raildrive is first?

its just like a simple cab design for your game. you hook it up via USB and use the train controls as if it was a real train. it will then allow you to use a throttle reverser and brake to control your train.

I've got the Raildriver, and no, it isn't suitable at all. It has a lot of programmable keys, but Ship Simulator really needs a wheel and at least two independent throttles, perhaps swivelling controls for Ocean Star & Bugsier and Red Jet and 4 wheels for Red Eagle etc.
The raildriver is good for Train Simulatro etc, but no good for Ship Simulator, as far as I'm concerned. :'(

Yeah, but I suspect that they have decided that the market is too small to make it worthwhile. That was for SS06

And that is also the URL that I found out about ShipSim, I was looking at rail driver and noticed the big "New" next to that and I saw what game it was for and went :o

Actually I have the schedule for the big Microsoft meetings this week and they are talking about MSTS2 tomorrow (Friday)
