I got a copy of the game a few days ago and id like to no if the current patches are already installed.

Hiya soap boy :)

As already suggested on a few occasions, Search is a great little tool, but sadly it is underused ::) ;)

You can find your version number in the lower-left corner of the main game screen.  That will tell you the Version number and the Build number :)

With the 1.4.2 Update, the current numbers listed, are as follows:

Version: 1.4.2
Build: 1038
