Title: 100th anniversary of Tunguska
Post by: llamalord on June 23, 2008, 16:18:05
This June 29th (30th for east of dateline) at 0:14 UTC (Greenwich mean time) in 1908 the great inventor Nikola Tesla went to test his new invention of transmitting energy without wire.  He set up a show in New York City to show all of the city his revolutionary invention involving a huge tower on Long Island, But at 6:14 EST when Tesla pushed the button nothing happened in New York that   night.  Although near the Tunguska river in Russia there was a massive explosion 1000 times the strength of an atomic bomb.  This explosion uprooted more than 80 million trees and nothing survived in the area.  This area still remains leveled today and nothing will grow or live once entering the area  --  Officially in Russia and America Tesla's experiment was never linked to the Tunguska event but no other real reason has been thought of that doesn't have plenty of holes in it.  <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunguska_event (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunguska_event)>

-It will be the 100th anniversary of the Tunguska event very soon.  I'm asking that you post  here to honor one of the greatest inventor of all time.
