i found out that teh Queen MAry 2 will be in New York on July 22. i might be able to go see the grand ship. it is one of my dreams, other than sailing on Titanic and driving the Acela. i will be sure to get some good pics if i go. one of my favorite ships in the world. awsome.

Llamalord/TrainGod got to drive a GE-45T Locomotive in Newport Connecticut a few years ago ;)

I wouldn't go anywhere to look at a ship unless the Titanic herself rose from the bottom of the Atlantic, piloted herself to New York Harbor, moored at where Peir 59 once stood, and unloaded the 1,523 souls whose lives she ended 96 years ago.

Go check it out.... i live in Halifax NS and love goin to see it when she comes in.  I was lucky enough to go on it from southampton to new york almost a year ago when i immigrated to canada.  She is a fantastic ship and one that i would reccomend to absoloutly anyone.... unbelievable sight sitting alongside in Brooklyn as well.  If you get a chance stand up close on quay side and you suddednly realise the huge dimensions of this ship!
