Find a picture and save it. Then go to your profile, press "Browse" and search for the picture. Then click on "Change settings" down there.

I wanted my screen name to be RMS TITANIC, but that name was taken. by who? and is there some one with the screen name RMS OLYMPIC? or HMHS BRITANNIC?

Use the "Search" button :).
If you can't find anything, that user probably hasn't posted (yet), or the name is not in use.
