Is there suppose to be a manual for Ship Simulator New Horizons?

I made a topic like this before, in the boxed version there is no manual in the case if thats what you mean, but there is a "digital manual, as i call it" go to Start-all Programmes-Ship simulator 2008-Ship Simulator 2008 Addon Manual. Hope that helps :)
