Pielstick? The engine that leaks more oil than it consumes and that is quite a lot...  ;D

No I meant CAT. I don't know any of the engines you have listed. Saying that some trains run on Caterpillar engines...

That is what they say about detroit diesels. If it ain't leaking oil it ain't got no more oil to leak, or something is wrong with it.

yes. Southern Pacific Daylight Limited 4449. a graet steam locomotive that ran on the Califonia Railroad.

195 Regional Service is what it says. Not acela since acela was adult administration only and it was too expensive.

the AEM-7 is a great loco. when i was on that train to Washington DC, i asked what engine it was and the conducter said HHP-8. i thought i was on Acela till i saw the engine. she lied to me :'(

that is the train. mom saw a pic when we bought tickets. And upgraded our seat to premium, so we get AC outlets and nice recliny seats. :D only be tehre for 8 hours. You said the cheese burgers were good right?

I wanted to be on acela but it cost another $500 :(

wow. a few years ago. maybe 1 it was $100. prices really changed.
