Title: A couple of questions about the ferries in SS08

Hi!

I'm thinking of buying SS08, and I would like to know if you can load the ferries with cars and passengers that actually appear on board? I also wonder if you can open the doors for the car deck at the bow and stern?

From my knowledge this was not a feature in the game. It was suggested a couple of times but I don't think it made it into the game. I can tell you by friday because than I am finaly home to buy my own version :D

It is not possible to load the ferries with cars and passengers in SS08 and I doubt that it will be possible in the next version. They are still working on the ship's dynamics and until they get this right, do not expect that they will bring on ship's stability as well.

Opening of doors and ramps would be a nice feature in relation to the mooring operation, but this is not possible in the 2008 version either.

However, it is a great game that you need to have if you just have the slightest interest for ships...

Hi

On the Red Eagle There are only "static cars" on the cardeck, There are no cars on the pride of rotterdam, I haven't seen any static people either :'(.

You can't open the doors to the cardeck As far as i know , which i really miss in the game , but the game have so much other things to offer so it's definetly worth the money :)

I find that in a patch this property must be applied! (open doors)
