Title: virtual sailor Titanic wreck site

can someone tell me why  i have a rock with anchors for the Titanic in that scenery? and my account was not activated on the vs fourm. can someone tell me what to do?

Try ask in the virtual sailor forum. this is for ship simulator 2006 and 2008

Hi trains :), first try to email Ilan Papini, he's the creator/writer of Virtual Sailor. If you have probmels to activate your account on the Quality Simulations Forum, email him here (support@hangsim.com) ;).

I'd like to say something.

I had trouble with VS, and was appalled with the customer service.

The email kept bouncing back and I waited about three weeks for a reply. The suggestion didn't work, so I emailed customer service at digital river or whatever they called. They told me I was being put through to tech support. I get the same email from Ilan as I did the first time, so I still didn't get a proper answer.

So basically, they are hopeless at communicating, unlike VSTEP.

I contacted Papini and he did acitvated me ;D so contact him now. ;D

R.M.S. Titanic gave a link to the VS "techsupport" in his post above.

The last link is their website, on which you can indeed find their forum too.

So I guess there's no use to continue with a VS technical support matter on the Shipsim forum.
