Title: Pictures in Messages & Posts

This probalby sounds stupid but how do you put pictures into messages or posts (not using 'Additional Options...') ???

Do the same as wen you put you Sig in
upload you pics here http://tinypic.com/ and you got a link as you copy "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"  and past in to your post
