Not only is this a place for Discovery Channel fans to talk, (because I've noticed there are alot of us.) it is also a place were I've posted this link for a really inspiring (and remotely funny) Discovery Channel spot.

Lol, what can I say, Northwestern is docked a few miles away, and it is my favorite ship, why not go see it?  8)

Greetings,
I can see discovery channel on the computer,however not on TV here in Belgium.
Exept if i take digital TV.
We have NGC,which is my favorite offcource.

Agree on that Mythbusters is a funny show ,Here are some my odder favorites on Discovery Channel another fun program on discovery are American Hotrod, OCC Americans Chopper, a little crazy family that build Choppers and How It's Made, Smash lab,How Do They Do It? ,Stunt junkies, How it's happens seconds from catastrophes,investigate airplane crash,FBI archive, forensic investigation

I'm  going to submit a myth for us that hits kinda close to home...

  Have you ever heard of the  man with a 35ft boat on a trailer who tries to hitch it to his MINI coupe.
The rear of the car falls to the ground (as the front goes up) because of this violent action the ball hitch snaps and the car falls back on all four wheels.  As this happens the front of the trailer (the hitch area) plants itself in the ground.  Then the boat slides off the front of the trailer splitting the car in half. ;D

What do ya think / have you heard this.
