Title: Tavares is back to the forum (Captain Tavares)

After 2 months at the naval school I'm returning to the forum, now with Sailing yatch Master Certificate and Radar observer certificate.

Needs only to change my small sb 14 foot to a 38 foot and then across the oceans.

Thanks to all.

The next step is the Harbour Pilot exame on Septmeber 14th.

Trying to becomes a harbour pilot in Sao Francisco or Santos.

Now I will return to the forum and hope to give a good cooperation on my participations and also to see all new missions from all our friends.

Note:
The winter carnivals will start in May 31 and will takes 4 days of festival here in Sao francisco.

Does any country in europe have a winter carnival?

Congrats on the certificate and what rank are you cause if you could give me some tip that would be great ;D
