I believe so.

Yes ship simulator 2008 are running joust fine on vista (professional ? ) you mean maybe ultimate?
I run ship simulator 2008 on vista ultimate 64 bits and have no problem with that, 64 bits run almost every game programs build for 32 bit, Only thing you most remember when install and running the game you most do that as an administrator, I will say it runs bather on 64 bit because you can put in so mutts more memory myself have 8 GB of ram and CPU quad 2. GHz.
You don't need so moths its run well on the game require, but remember if you upgrade the game it's require more power of you PC But no problem to run on 64 bits vista , if that are more you wonder about joust ask
