Sorry Marty, but I totally disagree. I voted for the other option "i dont know how to do it" (CAPS must have broken at that stage) so I didn't have to answer any questions.
You must have selected the wrong one or something. Obviously, no-one would have put the same response for both answers, would they? ;D

Sorry, Terry, by selecting the more specific option you may still have to answer questions like “why is there air?†or the equally naïve “why are there no tides in SS08?â€.

Yes but then you also seem somewhat smart by answering a question with a longer answer, and still don't have to. You are just plain clueless with I don't know, but we atleast might know something.

Seriously, how you “get on Mission Editor†depends upon whether you currently have it. That, in turn, depends upon what version of Ship Simulator 2008 you have.
If you have the boxed DVD New Horizons, you should already have it.
If you have the original 1.0 version, you need to download and install three things in this order:
#1: The 1.1 update.
#2: The 1.1 Mission Editor.
#3: The 1.3 update.
Tell me what your current status is; either post it here, or send me a PM.
After you have the ME (Mission Editor), you run it as a separate program.
You should read the following documents:
The Mission Editor Tutorial in PDF form can be downloaded from the Tutorials section of FAQ and Announcements. Follow the link to find the 1.4 version.

Yeah, but Torre had given him the link with the answers within a few minutes and he hasn't come back to say that he had any problems, so I assume that fixed his problem straight away.
This is just the usual "tail end" joking around while wait to see if he will come back and say Thank you Torre" or "Didn't work".
Unfortunately, there wasn't a button for that.... ;D

Take the 4th street ferry to the 2nd Bridge. Jump in the water and swim 42' to the North where you'll find a small rowboat tethered. Row to the Eastern shore and follow the path to the loading dock for the USS Mishion Etitor. Up the gangway and you're all set!
