How can i use lights in the ships?

Hi Claudio,
Lights operate automatically in many cases: Navigation lights come on at dusk, but only when the ship has cast off. Certain vessels have other lights—Arie Visser when on a rescue mission, Sherpa when she has a vessel under tow, etc.
There have been requests for the ability to control lights manually, but at present that is not the case.
