someone have uploaded it to people in internett, (Pirate Copy >:( )

Also, when you starting the game, are you starting a EXE. file. When it is cracked, have a person made a new one that you can play widout a CD! Or they have made a file who you can use a serial he made! So you can download the game for free. From a torrent, or a link...
Short try from me...

There is NOTHING you can do to make somthing "in crackable"
altho there is one company who has made it so if you do crack their software you can only play offline with it (like vstep)
and thats Live For Speed.
-
hehe.... Some one are soo good, so the can make a key grenator to get online too! :D

Well it's not the first game and not the last one either... :-[

Send the link to a moderator! VSTEP can close websites down from license agreement problems.
-
If VSTEP own the copyright to the software (which I assume they do) then they can prosecute those who try and use that software without a binding agreement (if you bought and installed it) so really it's just finding those who use pirated software :-\
-
Hmmm, i dont think it possibel... it is torrent... and the site have just the torrent file... and that is leagel... but that person who upload it is not leagel... and now has it gone a day or two... and its over 400persons who share it... soo, i think they will have a huge job to close websites down! :P

That's not that easy though (technical point: Only Government authorities can prosecute, people and companies can sue) if they're in a different country.
Prob is WHO do you sue:?
The scum who uploads it
The scum who downloads it
The scum who own the server
The ISP who allowed the scum to upload to the scum owning the server before the scum downloaded it
It's a very complex matter. Personally I think breaking the kneecaps of all these thieves is the best option.

Of course it's not legal! Apart from test cases in many national courts, the owner/operator/scum of the server can be prosecuted.
And (In UK, US and Euroland) there is a little known law 'theft by finding'- once it is drawn to their attention then they must delete it... Which I'm 100% sure they will. Cough cough

hehe.... :D

You hold 'em down, I'll get the tools....

You hold 'em down, I'll get the tools....
Use 15000 tonne of cement to hold them down.
