How do you make your owwn missions in ss08?

I noticed that in SS08, it doesn't have this feature. It is a bit of a disappointment for me, but it might be included in a patch at a later date. Multiplayer will probably make up for that  ;)

Looks like it could be a seperate program to create your own missions going by the tab "Custom Mission" as it would be a bit strange putting this tab in and not a mission creation tab.
