Yes, I agree night is very unrealistic at the moment the ships lights and flares are much too weak and buoyage lighting is also very poor and of course towns are not lit, this should be made a priority for a future addon/patch.

Have the buoy has light as works, lighthouses at works so we can navigate more realistic, mooring point in MP cranes do work so we can load and unload our ships
Have gas stations around then we can fill oil on the nearly empty skips
And im sure it many odder thing we cud wises for

Developers are only human and do a great job, but if I could change something about ship simulator I would hire a second team to work on it by night so as to develop the game faster!  ;D

The developers do work at night—they have to be back in their coffins before the sun comes up. :)
