Title: How long for download info and key?

Just curious?
I paid yesterday afternoon, recv'd my payment confirmation but I am yet to hear anything.  I am wondering how long it took for others to get their key and download info?

Thanks for the response.  That is weird, I got my ShipSim 2006 key and download info in a few minutes?  Was the email address still info@shipsim.com?

Our support department is currently flooded with questions, so it could take some time before email messages are answered.

I used the email address from your profile to find your order and I just re-send you the download link.
