Hello Again

just putting down does anyone know the perfect combination for the perfect storm to make the big boats move, without changing the setting just the in-game settings.?

Max wave height, Max wind speed. Then experiment with the wind direction relative to the basic swell.
The wind does not act directly on the ships to any degree, but it acts on the water.
