Title: Is Fire fighting still included?

I notice that many of the online stores selling the game mention "fire fighting missions", yet the official description on the SS2008 site does not, anyone know if are they actually included in the game?

Yes, advanced missions have been added. It says on the list.

We can but hope it has not been axed.  The fact that Vstep have not mentioned it in their list means they've either axed it or they're not sure if they will be able to include it but are trying anyway.

We did not yet include fire-figting in the inital release.
We will add it later.

I'm much surprised. I read from Wout? that the included missions were, Taxing, Fire-fighting, Tugging, and  SAR etc...

Hi Captain Kool,

Sorry for the late reply, just found your post. Including fire-fighting in the initial release was the objective. However, the game had a release date which had to be hold on to and there was not enough time to finish everything before that date. VStep decided to keep developing the product and add features like fire-fighting, multiplayer and the mission editor later on.
