Title: How do you tow a ship?

I can't figure it out. Mooring doesn't seem to work.

Hi RMS Gigantic,

SS06 did not have the advanced rope system yet, that was introduced in SS08.

Other then in a mission that has towing, or through connecting the vessels in the mission editor, you cannot connect to other vessel at will.

oh...

I thought the 2nd Titanic mission (the 1st one in NY) had towing...
