Its showing at only £24.98 sterling. Once VAT is discounted, retailers margin etc how Vstep is making money is beyond me. Bargain.
Of course, if we buy direct from the Vstep website then they probably make more money (no retailer etc) and the more money they make the more they'll be inclined to develop future versions

OMG cant believe SS08 actrually cost EUR 40!!! :'( :'( :'( i thought it would be 25 EUR
-
40eur = £21.77 /25eur = £16.98
Don't forget that these figures include local sales tax (VAT in UK), retailers profit, distriution, packaging, pressing of CD...
That's before you consider the costs of the development team- coders wages, office, equipment, maintaining this forum... I could go on.
When you buy ANYTHING, the hidden costs are normally quite high when you look carefully. I think it's brilliant value for money personally.

Hello Stu,
What sort of computer are you using for the exchange rate? ;D

Had a look at Bank of England for the exchange rates. Roughly 1.6 euro/£ sterling.
Actually, probably nearer 1.5 at the moment, but close enough.

I see, look at http://fr.finance.yahoo.com/convertisseur/convert?amt=40&from=EUR&to=GBP&submit=Convertir
please, I think 40€ are more to 27 GBP?

I've just looked at Barclays and it is showing 1.4eur/£.
So, yes £27 would be about right. OK OK its late.... Never let it be said that I can't be wrong ;)
I think my point still stands though. £27 is still excellent value.
